  • Please send me detailed information about your commission (pose, expression, color, clothes, etc. In picture)

  • I'm allowed to charge more fee if the design seems complicated to me or decline your request if i think it's beyond my skills.

  • I have the right to post WIPs and the results on my social media as portofolio. Let me know beforehand if you don't want me to post them.

  • After i accept your commission, i will give you the invoice along with the queue.

  • When ordering a commission, you need to pay half the cost of the order, after which will begin my work on the sketch. At this stage, any adjustments, changes in pose and background are allowed, including a two-time free change to the sketch completely.

  • When all sketch changes are agreed by you, you will need to pay the second part of the commission.

  • By fully paying for the commission, you confirm that you will no longer need any major changes to the art. If you still have the need to changes after the full payment, it would cost additional price.

  • The commission i currently open are for Personal Use Only. So you're prohibited to use them for gain some money (merch, streams, etc). For Commercial Use, please do contact me for further negotiations.

  • Kindly credit me whenever you use my artwork. @jiehaven on X and Bsky.

  • You may print your commission art as poster, sticker, etc for non-commercial use.
